Strange reference

Some details come to my head; I got a while ago a note/personnal message from Deviantart alumni Franklansberg85 who have once posted a journal entry about another DA alumni named EC-707 who once suggested to write to a guy named Matthew Hopkins about EC-707.  I wonder if Franklansberg85 had saw the entry on Encyclopedia Dramatica as well as a thread on Kiwifarms about Matthew Hopkins? That reminds me of a old journal entry I did once on Deviantart.
