If Betty isn't Doctor Princess, my second guess is PB, I mean, Ice King is drawn to her the most, and she just pushes him away because she just knows it's him? (Possibly?) Maybe Betty found PB's crown and put it on like Simon did? Maybe because she still cares and wants to still be with him?
