Well, I'ma fan of roleplay. Here's my character profiles for my main rp chars.
Name: Ria Arklay-Crescent-Valentine
Nickname: none that she approves of
Gender: Female
Age: 35
Birthday: October 16th
Mother: Lucretia Crescent
Father: Vincent Valentine
Siblings: Rose, Yasmin (half sisters) and Sephiroth (half brother)
Other Family: She considers most of the people she travels with family
Hair Color: Flame-Orange
Eye color: Green ringed with red
Weapon: Two katana-rifles, Kogane-shadou and Shiruba-shadou
Love: Trinix
Best Friends: Rose, Yasmin, etc.
Personality: Sharp tongued, snappy, overly protective, a little mean, but sweet intentions underneath it all
Likes: Strawberries, coeruls, Trinix, being right, slow evenings when she can sit and watch the stars come out
Dislikes: Being shown up, having one of her ideas scraped, misbehaving children, moldy strawberries, people who think they're better than her
History: Ria was born as one of Hojo's experiments. After seeing what a success Sephiroth was, Hojo injected Vincent's DNA with the Chaos gene into Lucretia and she gave birth to Ria. Lucretia died soon after, and Ria grew up with Sephiroth believing Hojo was her father. Abused and trained harshly the moment she could use a weapon. As soon as she could fight, the instinct to kill set in from the Chaos gene. Adopting a ProtoMateria pendant, that was overcome. She became a high-class Turk, but after a mission to Cosmo Canyon she realized what Shin-Ra was doing to the planet and she lived there until Baret created AVALANCHE. She joined them and traveled with Cloud amoungst the events of FFVII. A fall in a Mako reactor mutated her, giving her the neko form. She now has 2 kids and lives with her husband, Trinix.

Personality: Seclusive and remote, generally shuns contact. Has a good heart, but it's clouded by her hate of the world

Dislikes: seeing death, reminders of her past, the scarred side of her face
History: Grace was a relatively normal person at first. One day there was a funeral her entire family and closest friends were attended, and she had went to get a bouquet before she arrived; she was a little late. While at the florists' a nuclear reactor exploded, taking everyone at the funeral with it. Everyone she knew was gone in an instant, and the right side of her face was petrified. She retreated to her boyfriend, who happened to be saved because of a business trip. He rejected her on account of her face, and she was devastated. After that, she took a reluctance to speaking, letting her pet bird do it for her. Later she realized that the explosion had endowed her with a weakened state of the G-virus, which allowed her to transform and adopted the nickname "Phoenix." She got mixed up in the Raccoon City incident, escaping with a new friend, Cassie.

Personality: Sweet, he's a gentleman, and like to please people. Hates being a vampire, but makes the best of it and is able to control himself
Likes: Taking care of his kid, making people happy, the colour gold
Dislikes: Blood, vampires and werewolves who attack people, being alone
History: Was a foot soldier in World War II, and had taken refuge in a seemingly friendly woman's house to escape being killed. She turned out to be a vampire and changed him, then left him out on the battlefield soaked with blood to torment him. He nearly went insane, but after a week or so he was able to flee Germany and run to someplace more peaceful. He hid in France, finding help from local underground vampires who subsisted on animal blood. There he waited out the war, learned self-control, and eventually aided the vampires in averting the bombing of the Eiffel Tower. From there he attended many colleges in the arts and sciences and amassed a fair amount of money. He went back to his hometown in America in 2000, from there meeting a lovely girl named Ali. She, being the daughter of a supernatural hunter, wasn't a smart choice, but he spirited her away after some coaxing. Since they have got married and had two children.
Pets: none, but there is a calico cat that seems to follow him around

Likes: Dragons, jewels, being accepted, having friends, crazy hair and outfits, seeing joy, and winning petty games
Dislikes: Jerks, poachers, being followed, stupid riddles and puns
History: Lived peacefully with her family, until she was stolen away and experimented on. Scientists tried to make her into the Ultimate Warrior, and succeeded in part. They ended up making her look human, but without taking away from her raw strength. She didn't take well to being controlled, however, breaking out from the labs and returning to her family. They we're glad to have her back, and now she helps them hide amoung the overpopulated human settlements. She took on a vegan lifestyle, leading to her bumping into Jefferey at a farmer's market. She took a liking to him, and hangs out with him as much as possible.
