So, we've all noticed the lack of pictures thereof on my page recently. This is due to the immense pain I have been, and will continue to feel in my shoulder until my surgery this coming Thursday.
The pain has been on-going for about a little over two years now, and I'm totally sick and tired of not being able to be a normal teen and do normal teen things...Not so much 'normal' maybe ABnormal, but anyways, it sucks nonetheless.
So then I was asked: "What's the plan then, Ky?"
And here it is. I'll get to drawing...a decent amount of pictures and scanning them up, starting tomorrow afternoon. Unfortunately I can only put up so many in two days time (Today I won't be home for personal reasons). So, I can put up six-ish, skip Thursday and possibly Friday, and then return to my lazy schedule. From Thursday on to the next week, I feel I won't be able to draw, due to the large sling my arm will be in because of said surgery.
This is for anyone that cares, of course.
Anyways, the title of this blog is 'Daily Rants' or some nonsense like that, right? So I feel obligated to rant about something or another due to the title of the blog. But what to rant about...
Oh, I've got just the thing;
So it's about 93 degrees F where I live, and of course, this is the ONE day where I have a football match (Soccer; again people). Whose idea was it to make black cleats? GOOD black cleats; ya know, the ones that burn your feet when it's hot out? I've yet to find a good other colored cleat...Anyways, not the idea of the argument.
Whose idea was it to schedule a game on the first hot day of the year? Honestly...From 1-3pm the temperature definitely hit 100; otherwise the reffs wouldn't have called a half of a half to get a water break. THAT'S when you know it's too frackin hot out; period.
I'm pretty sure that's unhealthy too. Being in that heat for an hour and a half, maybe more due to the constant stopping or whatever.And what's worse is when your coaches or the parents on the side like start yelling at you like they know what's best and how to play and whatnot. It's really upsetting actually. If they want to play so bad, go find an old-peoples league. They do have them. I know they do. But wouldn't a compliment here or there boost their child's self-esteem and confidence to forward on the ball other than yelling to run to it because it's pretty much 100 degrees out and everyone just wants to go home?
Uber lame. But for what it's worth, we won 5-4. Unfortunately, I can't play in the up-coming tournament; or states if we win that. Whatever. Now this computer is beginning to lag, which I could go on about, but I'd rather not.
Later.
