UNDERTALE SPOILERS AWAIT YOU! STOP NOW IF YOU HAVEN'T FINISHED THE GAME, OR A PLAYTHROUGH!!! This is going to be in Comic Sans for a reason, so BEAR with me. (hehe, oh god,, now I'm making bad puns.....)
So, anyways let's discuss something called W.D.Gaster. I don't know much about him, just a little bit. In this blog entry, I will try my best to explain a theory I came across about him and his existence this morning. I will give a link to the video after I'm done typing this crap up. First things first, who is W.D.Gaster? Well, told by three people in the Hotlands, Gaster was the Royal Scientist BEFORE Alphys. Gaster created what is known as the CORE. The core is the place where you walk around a bit, go to THE END and fight Mettaton (god, I love Mettaton EX so much!). Gaster was destroyed by his own creation. So does that mean he was destroyed by the CORE? *shrugs* I don't know.
Okay so now we're going to take a trip into Alphys lab where all the entries are located. Have you ever noticed they go from 1-21 (I think it's 21.....)? Well if you have, you may have noticed that number 17 is missing (OoO OH MEH GOD!!!) Anyways, I'm going to step away from that (well not really) for a moment so please, be patient because no matter how big of a fan you are of Undertale, you may not know this. So if any of you have used Microsoft Word or any kind of Microsoft program, (EX. MS Paint, MS Powerpoint etc.) you are probably familiar with the fonts Comic Sans and Papyrus. (Also, like most people know, it'd kind of obvious that the Characters Sans ans Papyrus are named after these fonts. Not only that but their text is also in those fonts.) Are you familiar with that random text that types the letters in symbols (I don't know the name of it....)? Now, back to the whole entry number 17 thing. If you look through the games script and do some crap, you will find the missing number 17. But wait! There are TWO entry 17's!!!!
Let's start with the first entry 17. It is typed in that font I mentioned earlier, the one written in symbols (OH HEY! SORRY TO INTERUPT BUT... THE FONT IS CALLED WINGDINGS). When you de-code it it says this:

Okay let me say this line again. "What do you two think." Now please, read that over like 50 times yo add a dramatic affect. OKAY WHAT!?! Who are "...you two..." !?! This can mean many things. But WHAT is the ONE thing that makes since to me? Welp, I'm glad I asked myself. The one explanation to this to me is....
Sans and Papyrus. Why? Welp I'll tell you in a minute but first let's go over the second entry number 17.
"Entry number 17. Monsters' physical forms can't handle "determination" like humans can.
With too much determination our bodies break down.
Everyone's melted together."

So, these are probably entries that were going to be in the game but just didn't make the cut.
So anyways back to the Sans and Papyrus thing. Gaster.... well Gaster, I'm just gonna swipe that (G) of yours away now. Oh, hey! Now he's Aster. Wait.....Aster is a font.....isn't it.....? Gaster only speaks in WindDing and Aster (as so I'm told by my sibling) Well let's take a look at this really quick shall we? So Aster is a font. Papyrus is a font. Sans is technically a font because there are two fonts with the word Sans at the end (open sans and one of the worst fonts Microsoft could make, Comic Sans.(Undertale, you've made me respect Comic Sans, I hope you're happy now.)). So they must be related in some way. So as I was typing this, my sibling had come up to me and mentioned how almost everyone in the fandom knows about the whole entry thing (oops, sorry guys (hey, edit the script and where it says fun level, change it to 666) ). So when I'm done with this whole Aster explanation thing, I will tie it in with something that's more original (hopefully). So, Aster is also a flower group (I think...... when I look it up I get nothing but a purple flower.....) these flowers are a goldish yellow color. (WELP TIME TO TRY TO BE ORIGINAL!!!)
Flowey is a goldish yellow flower. Flowey is a result of a determination experiment and can use saves and reload. Well Sans can do that stuff too. Hell, he can even teleport! Frisk can do that too (minues the teleport thing.) Flowey has determination. Frisk has determination. Sans...............wait what if Sans and Papyrus had determination!?!
Okay, some people may think I'm crazy but, I know what I'm talking about ( I think....) so please hear me out! Sans' special attack is called Gaster Blaster yes? Both Sans and Papyrus can make their eyes glow correct? How though? Let's go ALL THE WAY BACK to Gaster being the Royal Scientist before Alphys. What if Sans and Papyrus were grown in a lab (do I sound stupid? I hope not....) and were possibly the result of a determination experiment? Also, something I just thought about. Sans and Papyrus are indeed skeletons. The only thing they can be skeletons of are well (Before I say it, no this isn't going to be a OMG what if they're like, fallen humans!?! No. just. no.) humans. What if, for some reason Gaster was trying to recreate humans so Asgore could get human souls so the monsters can live on the surface so they wouldn't have to wait for 7 humans to fall into the Underground to escape. Sans and Papyrus could have been failed attempts at this experiment and that's why they resemble human skeletons? This would explain the determination thing because humans have determination in their souls.
Okay so if I have anything else to say, about this I'll post something about it later, I have to leave pretty soon to go to a friends house. But oh my god, that took forever to type and to be honest, a lot of that, I came up with on the spot! This theory has a lot of missing peaces to it. But with this theory, we may have found another piece of the puzzle that Toby Fox probably doesn't want us to figure out. But thinking about this kind of makes me sad. Oh and another thing, in the battle with Sans in genocide run, when he falls asleep, his Zzz's are in Aster........hm.... Again, a lot of pieces are missing like, if both Sans and Papyrus have determination, why doesn't Papyrus have Gaster Blasters? Why did they both turn to dust when they died in Genocide? I hope we can find out this stuff soon and hopefully find the secrets of W.D.Gaster. Heta out!
