Hey, I've never done one of these before and the Add Blog button what looking pretty friendly today...?...
Anyway, I guess I'll just tell ya how things are.... That is what you do with a blog right?....
Mkay... well, yesterday my dad came to visit me and my sister. And well, we ended up going to pick up Mike and drag him around with us. So we finally figure out what to do for the day so we get out the car map and look it over. Me and my dad start going on about this cemetary thats suppose to be haunted by some monks and we decide to check it out. So we get back in the car and start driving... Me and Mike fall asleep in the back seat.
My dad drives us all over the place trying to find Lemont Illinois... When we finally find it... We cant find the cemetary and by this time we had eaten lunch and Mike's gotta go BAD! XD
We stop at a Gas Station to ask directions and for Mike to use the bathroom... Well, we get directions to downtown... but no way to the cemetary... or a bathroom... Mike = not so happy...
We drive down town and try to find another gas station and the cemetary... We dont find them... My dad goes and asks some police officer and we eventually get directions right to the cemetary!!! we drive about 5 more miles and we take a wrong turn... kay, just to let you know, its like 90 some odd degress out, my dad doesnt have air conditioning in his car... And Mike's gotta go...
We see a McDonalds... My dad pulls in and... Mike literally jumps out of the car and runs for the bathroom.
Afterwards, we get some drinks and head back in the direction and turn the right way onto Archer Ave. The most haunted road in Illinois, supposedly.
Alittle ways down the road, we find it. Saint James Cemetary!
We park, and go look around. Now if we were there at night I would have been SOOOOOO happy and excited but, it was really bright out so I dont think it was gonna happen.. T_T
We walk around and take pictures of the church and then go up and see the statue of the Virgin Mary. And then we leave. It was pretty cool even though we didnt see any ghosts. Nothing really happend, the only thing that I thought was odd was when I was in the area with the virgin mary, it felt like something was pushing on my chest. And when we left the area I was fine. I'm not saying it was anything Ghostly, it was just something odd that happend to me. It could have been anything really. Well that was my day so there... My first Blog...
