Blog Entry: Northern White Rhino - Near Extinction
**IMPORTANT UPDATE: The last male Northern White Rhino called Sudan has passed away March 19th, 2018. Had to be euthanized do to health ailments such as infections and other health problems. May he rest in peace, and may his death as well as the death of countless other species extinct or nearing extinction prompt us into action to prevent more species following the same fate as his from human causes.
*IMPORTANT: There is currently a Gofundme campaign put together by scientists/researchers titled: Make a Rhino, Save a Species; to raise money to fund their research into a possible method to save this species. Visit their Gofundme page to read more up on it, and please donate (if you can) and spread the word; help possibly save this species from it's looming destruction that humanity has unjustly caused.

I don't know if anyone else is aware but the Northern White Rhino is near extinction. Onlyfive four three two are left alive in the world.
