Glad you liked my All American Toggies even doe they were created in Japan. I took her character after seeing the episode with mistress 9 in the sailor moon saga. She's Hotaru at at 12, while Cecilia is Hotaru at 6 (with darker skin). Jeanne is the only member in Otto's side who's white. Her attitude is like her father's with Ani's intellect. Cecilia likes to kid her mother saing that Jeanne is more the daughter of Otto and Ani with the sense of humor from Genkai. LOL
