I hope I can get a new scanner too, it is SO annoying! The reason why it didn't work is that it said that it was locked and when I looked underneath it the switch was set to the unlock position (of course!) It kept saying that over and over and when it finally did scan it turned all black! XD Thank you for the comment!Blue Fairy
