If you can't get Call of Duty or Metal Gear, I 100% suggest you get this!
Gameplay- It's good and stable. Control layout is fine by me. There several control options such as button layouts and sensitivity. Only complaint is that some guns can get some pretty cheap kills compared to real life.
Graphics- Descent. Not as good as MGS 4 or Call of Duty but it's acceptable. Pretty detailed scenery. Some glitches.
Single Player- Not really the best single player experience around, but do play it anyway, it'll give you a good practice for online. Plus you can unlock stuff. On Normal, it took a little over just 15 hours so it's short.
Online-The best online game I've ever played. I'm not sure how MGS 4 and Call of Duty are compared I've never played them. Max compacity of players is 24. 2 modes, Gold Crates( where you destroy your teams crates to advance thorugh several bases ) and capture the flag( or you could consider it a team deathmatch. There are 8 maps that are all pretty cool. Some seem like clones of each other but good selection overall. What I also really like for BBC online is that you can drive or fly vehicles, which you can't in Call of Duty 4 or MGS 4!
Sound-Best cinematic sound for a game out there. The sound I've heard has been praised by everyone because it's so realistic. Also good menu music.
Updates-I've been wowed by what's coming up and has already been updated. Recently the Conquest mode has been added as DLC for free and now you can unlock 3 of the weapons that were only avalible special ways! Also recently the following have been added: 2 more maps, bigger leaderboard system, trophies, and lag fixes!!! DAMMMMMMNN!!!
Well it looks like this shaping up to be one of the best games the PS3 has to offer. There's huge battlefields, cinematic single player, vehicles, very destructable enviorments, lots of guns, and one of the best online games out there....until Killzone.
Gameplay-8/10 Graphics-8.5/10 Online-9.5/10, Single Player-8.5/10, Features-8.7/10, Sound-9/10, replay value-Very High.
