Analysis-
Major threat to G.U.N

He was born dead. After being taken to a G.U.N lab on the request of his mother his enzymes were sped up with the use of Chaos energy. This enregy bonde with his cells and gave him control over electricity and his body regenerates faster then regular organisms. After his mother broke him out of the lab it was G.U.N's top priority to dispose of him. They have a direct order from the president to kill him at any cost before furries find a way to manipulate enzymes inside of him and start a rebellion. G.U.N Uses the excuse of Pulse carrying a deadly disease and he must be killed before it spreads.
