No, I mean in my opinion, everyone has their opinion.

I still say they are both art sites so I don't see why people say DA is better than Fac when they are both the same.

I'm not really sure how we got into this conversation, I never said either was better, because i agree, they are art sites, and for different kids of art at that.

I like DA for posting photography, I like FAC for posting fanart. But i find FAC to be pretty dead the last 5 years.

DA and FAC are just art sites in my eyes, no different. And people are leaving DA, quite alot of them.

People leave them all all the time.

Personally I'm just inactive on both lately, but for the last while I have been seeing a lot more activity on FAC.

This winter has been so cold, most snow we've have in 30 years, building collapsing all over, almost lost my house, but was able to keep the roof up, but the whole inside got totally saturated with water... lots of fun!

Wow, back in 2006 this site used to be a happening place, there would be 60-70 people on at a time, tons of new art, all sorts of new and old friends stopping by your page... now it's a ghost town, most of us have left for DA and FA.

I still stop by, but not as often as I used to, I still submit, but almost never these days...

HF is still running... because it's porn lol, but FuAC is so dead, if I go there I am the only one online, it has'nt been updated in 4 years...I went there 2 years ago and the latest submission was actually one of mine from 2006 or 07... it's pretty sad!

I remember that. Funart just seemed like it was the old FAC, except G-rated.
So, how are you liking the STH comics? I'm liking them going back to their roots. The only thing missing is corny gags and slapstick attacks.

yeah, thats true. i've been trying to get over writers block lately... my latest story is really popular atm but its moving slowly.

Just make yourself do it, sit yourself down and force it until you either give up or an idea comes along.

I have plenty of ideas, the problem is getting them down, I just can't seem to physically draw a lot of the time, I try and it looks like a 2 year old did it...

Damn. well, its drawers block alright... Give it time and it will go away; maybe you need some different inspiration?

No prob, I'm just glad he's gone, I have a very strong dislike for people with bad attitudes like that, all they do is go around trying to make everyone elses life miserable.

Click on Notes, then it will show all that you have ever recieved on the left side, and on the right side will be the note, if it is blank on the right side click on the note you want to read on the left and it will open it.

Oh, those are the UK's Fleetway comics, they actually went past 83 issues as well, I think they had like 250 issues or something!

That's very nice of you, but I have all of the issues on my computer too, I just want to find the real comics is all!

And there is not 83 issues, there is the 5 miniseries issues (#1/4, 0, 1, 2, 3) and then 191 main series issues as of 3 weeks ago, then 35 Sonic X issues, 32 Knuckles issues, 3 Knuckles miniseries, 3 Tails miniseries, 3 Princess Sally miniseries, 3 Sonic Quest, 15 Sonic Super Specials, and 8 specials/game tie-ins, then there have also been 2 Free Comic Book Day issues, so the total is 301 issues!

I got a Volvo 240, 1988. (just got it this summer because my last Volvo 240, from 1984, was about to suffer death by corrosion in a year)

I think I pay more than that, but I may be mistaken due to the gallon / liter differences. We pay around 2 bucks per liter, so... That ought to end up being over 6 bucks per gallon. Well , now I don't have to use the car anymore this summer (which is good, considering I need some time to get my exhaust system fixed, because there's a major leak in it somewhere as of the day before yesterday...)

Yeah, we use the metric system here too, that site I used for conversions was'nt so it was a pain, but right now it's $1.23.4/Litre, but I hear in a few months it'll be $2.00/L...

I hate having to get my exhuast fixed or replaced, it costs way too much here, $650 or more to replace it at most places, I've even seen more then double that at a few places, it's rediculous!

It's so nice out here right now, I just dont want the summer to end, it's high 20's and low 30's!

I really want to use the summer a bit before it's over! :D I want to go to the ocean this weekend, so badly!
And it seems that it's just one part "popping off" in my exhaust system, so I might be able to get it back on without professional assistance. I really hope so. :O

I highly recomend getting it if you can, it's a really really good series!

i don't have a dvd player except in my computer and have no idea how that one works

Open Windows media player, pop in a DVD, go to "Now Playing" and there will be a little tab that opens up on it, and it will say something like "Play unknown DVD" and you just click on that, it will start playing and if you press F11 it will go to full screen, press escape to get out of full screen mode.

I give you tons more info if you need or want it!

I have mostly photography there, I wish I had the ambition to draw again so I could submit more pencil art!

I hear a lot of mixed feelings about DA, but I'm sure I'll be giving it a shot, although FAC would still be my 'main camp'

I found Christmas Blast in a store, an I'm currently perstering them into selling it to me. I can be annoying when it serves a purpose, lol.

I'm not sure if it's the full AoSTH, but I'm relatively sure it is. I can't find the article I used to even know about it in the first place.

Actually, yes. But only for writing, my pics need a little more work first. But, no, I haven't forgotten. You wouldn't be pushing the place if it weren't worth the time!

On a side note, any luck with that AoSTH DVD set? My offer of sending it to you still stands.

I find that there is so much more happening there then here, I get nearly 50 comments a day there versus here where I get about 2 a month or less.

And the features that place has are great, you can have a journal that's visable on your profile, and a stats section of the profile, webcam (mine is of a traffic camera near my house) wishlist (where it displays some of the items for sale that you would like) a great Favourites gallery, and you can break down your gallery and even your FAVS into sections for different things, like in mine I have a section for my pencil art, my Sonic stuff, my automotive photos, my abstract photos, ect.

And with it being free, you can try it and if you don't like it you can just shut it down!


As for AoSTH, I have had no luck so far, I even bought a copy of AoSTH Christmas blast on DVD and it has never come yet, so I am very disenchanted with eBay right now.

So I may want to hit you up for that set if you can still get it, I am also looking for the second volume of Sonic Underground, I got the first in my home town, but I doubt I will ever find the second. Do you know if AoSTH is all the episodes or just some of them like SU was?
