I'm a theatre major from the boot-heel of Missouri. I like to draw, doesn't really matter with what. If you want to know more about my drawings, feel free to ask. I'm nice to those who are nice to me.

Ah, thanks for the comment on my most recent drawing -- most people who browse through my gallery tend to comment on my older pics, not realizing that FAC lists an artist's pictures in "Oldest First" order.
Anyway... I suppose I have a gift for drawing creatures who look intelligent ... other people have said how the creatures I draw look like more than just mere creatures. I think much of it rests in the eyes and expression of the face -- if that doesn't look right then the whole picture won't work.
So, need a name for a mer-shark type people, eh? Sorry I can't help you, I'm terrible at thinking up names. The aquatic creatures I'm working on have yet to be named, either. I can sketch them out in less than an hour, I can think up an entire alphabet system for them, but can I decide on a name for their kind? Arg! I can't. I'd prefer a name that's two syllables in length (three-syllable species names are overused) and has some sort of an 'aquatic' sound to it, but I have no ideas.
Hmm... may as well hit RinkWorks' Random Fantasy Name Generator then:

And PS, yup, although it's (deliberately) hard to tell, the creature I drew is a male.
