The bottom part of the arm, instead of being thicker than the top half, actually becomes skinnier at the place where the hand begins.

At the same time, mouths cannot bend like that, sorry to say. If you wanted to completely edit the mouth, you would've had to erase the entire thing completely, and start anew. Mouths, as I've stated before, can stretch up until the point of the pupil in the eye. I can tell that you didn't listen to my critique, otherwise, your art would have improved.
