Mass Effect.

I've developed an emotional bond to the Mass Effect series. It's my favorite game, and by favorite, it means it has an impact on me, that no other game has impacted as Mass Effect has. I could play it for hours on end, just thinking to myself, "Was that a good decision? Am I gonna regret that?" But anyway.. it's safe to say some tears will be shed when I play through and beat Mass Effect 3.

You know you're in love with a video game, when you can just listen to the soundtrack for hours on end, and not get bored. Or play through it again and again, making different choices, shaping the history in what you do. Mass Effect is and will always be my favorite game. From becoming a Spectre, to ultimately going into the Suicide mission and coming out alive.

After Mass Effect 3, I can guarantee this. The series will never be the same. It may try to continue by branching off into different games, or creating movies, but to me the series will have officially ended. I'll take the memories and hold them dearly, remembering every little decision I've done, and what they've lead me to.

The ending won't just be the ending to the series. It'll be the time when millions of fans the world over smile and grin, knowing they've played one of the best games ever made. One of the best games of our time, with it's incredible music, and storytelling. As well as it's share of memorable characters. [Tali, being my favorite.]
