as for coloring i just use (a bootleg copy of) Adobe Photoshop. I'm brand new to it, so I'm not that great. I hardly know anything about it, it was just there when I got my computer.
For resizing, I really dont. I have this complicated system of how I get the size I want, because when I upload them from my computer they are gargantuan. So I take the pic upload it to photobucket.com save the resized version they give me there and upload it here. There's probably a simpler way to do it, but I wouldn't know... I guess I'm just a complicated person.
A complicated person that has a tendancy to write a lot.
