Squee!! Thank you! Ok, here's what I would like: the character is a girl, she looks 18 and has light peach colored skin. Her hair is black and goes to the mid-back. You can draw the bangs anyway you'd like cause I can't really describe it. Her eyes are narrow and are an ocean blue. The outfit consists of a black Chinese shirt with red buttons and outlining, black pants (not jeans), and black shoes (not like sneakers or tennis shoes). I want her to have an emotionless look on her face but with one tear going down her cheek. And lastly, I would like at the bottom in words "Androids Aren't Supposed to Cry". Her name is Android 21/Katrina. And that's it. Thanks again!

Oh.Sorry.But you should get Photoshop.I recommend bootleg or copied because Photoshp is expensive.I guess you can make some nice images on Paint,look what OverlordSmurf did...

I hope you have Photoshop.It's about a millon times better than Paint.Photoshop is very complicated but you should first experiment with it.See what each tool does.Test the filters.You will be using these tools a lot:
Brush(Of Course!)
Eraser(Just as important)
Lasso/Wand(For coloring)
Dodge/Burn/Sponge(For highlights and such)
Blur/Sharpen/Smudge(Good for softening stuff)
And a lot more tools but I can't name them all...
