A Girl’s Guide to Boys



If they like you:
• They often ask you to play their favorite sport with them
• They ask you to sit with them
• They hang around you a lot
• You can often catch your name in whispered conversations resulting in, most commonly, someone being chased
• Boys usually don’t glance, they stare and most commonly at your butt.
• They start blushing furiously when you talk to them or walk by smiling
• They deny, with all the strength they can muster, that they don’t like you. (If they really don’t like you they will stay calm and simply say “I don’t like you” or some form of that.)

If you like him you should:
• Say you will play their game and try not to ask too many questions (boys don’t like when people do that) just try your best to catch on as you go. Another option is to say that you’ll play another day and watch for a few days to get the hang of things.
• Sit with them but try not to be REALLY girly, most boys really don’t like girly girls.
• Try to talk to them a lot when they hang around, learn something about them, just be warned, don’t seem nosy.
• Usually if you see one of Mr. Crush’s friends say something quietly to him and then Mr. Crush gets all mad this usually means that they were teasing him about you because they know that he likes you.
• If you catch a boy staring at your butt, either A: Causally turn around or B: ignore it and hope he stops.
• If he starts blushing uncontrollably around you continue to have brief conversations with him until he stops blushing so much. Warning: If he has a GIANT crush on you this process could take a little longer than usual.
