uh... kind of. I drew the picture, I gave it to my friend, WHO'S ONE OF THE GREATEST FREINDS IN THE UNIVERSE, who edited it, colored it, animated it, all the details practicley. So.. um... kinda yes, kinda no.

I don't know what program you use, but I think if you find the filter tab and out of the list of blur, and some other additions there should be a glow effect. I had to make my picture a movie clip in order to make him glow.

Oh I just put up a new picture of Danny with Zim. It is special because I got Danny to glow. But I had to make it a movie clip and now looks like I took it from the show if you look up close.

Flash is a program that I use to draw graphics and animation if I wish to do that. In that picture, it is just a drawing, but if you see the Gir animation or Gir in his dog suit there will be movement.

Yes I did get my ghostly wail pictures from Google. They were in a sticker like formate and had some other Danny Phantom game pictures with it. I only looked at the ghostly wail part of it. It was going to be an animation, but I felt like I wasn't ready to animate Danny, so I did the process instead.
