thanks for the comment on my Kadaj comic. ^_^ glad you liked it. and yeah, okaasan is the word for mother, but it gets shortended into kaasan a lot. if you listen to Advent Children, Kadaj directly addresses Jenova as 'kaasan'which would be kinda like saying mom instead of mother.
