thanks. I think that distance is really easy. but i've been swimming it all of last high school season. I really love it. I'm not much of a sprinter.

hey, i forgot to work in the fact that you are swimming in feet and not meters. oh well. im not to great at distance yet but this is only my second year.

well, sometimes we swim yards, but most of the time we swim 25 meters. our pool can change from 25 yards to 25 meters. it's weird. but since we swim meters, and most of the people we swim against swim yards, we have the advantage. Were do you swimm at? I know you told me a team or a club, but were exaclty do you swim? i mean like what state.

sweet, that's all I was wondering. I'm so happy, ok I PRed on my 500 again and on my 200. I now have a 5.21 something on my 500 and 2.02 on my 200. I was so happy.

sweet. good job with your meet. I just had a meet last thursday. I swam the 200 free, 500 free, 200 free relay and the 400 free relay. I forget what I got on the relays, but I droped 5 seconds off of my 200 and 20 seconds off of my 500. it rocked. Now my PR on my 500 is 5:30 something, and my 200 PR is 2:05. My coach is wanting a 5:20 on my 500 and a 200 with 58 second split time. AHHHHH!! I'm going to die.

I have a little book that says how to convert, but it says for the five it converts to a 400. oh well. the time in meters is around 5.11 something close to that. I will ask my coach just to be sure.

now I love to swim distance. I have a 5.51.23 on my five hundred yd freestyle. I don't sprint that much.
