AntisocialA different File format as in Bitmap to Jpeg or something like that, if you load a .psd file it takes an age to upload, mostly doesnt do it at all too. If you use photo shop, click file, save to web and change the picture size to 600 by 722 or something near to that. This changes it to a Jpeg file which is about 200 times smaller.
 
That took me ages to figure out^^^^
