Freehand is really fun, you should keep practicing at it, believe me, once you have you're own style down. You'll have fun, you have my word. I used to always trace y'know, but I eventually stopped and haven't traced since I was...hm..I believe seven, I'm fourteen now. Gosh, that's a looong time, lol.
