it helps a lot (a graphire) and is pretty cheap. only 90$ with other programs included, like corel and photoshop elements 3.

includs all that cool 00 but if you bought it here you won't be getting any other prog. you'll just get the graphire . well it cost rm300 here -_-; it's the same price as playstation 1(only ps1 is like 250 XD ) (money currency is not the same)

the program I use the most is Open Canvas, it's a great program for soft traditional medium like colouring :3 If you like, I could send you an older version of it. my pictures usually take around 20-30 minutes with random little revisions here and there :3
