To start off, thats supposed to say "I hate it when I can't draw" (I forgot to write 'It', go me ^^). Ugh, I really hate this picture... it's the perfect example of me not being able to draw worth a shoot! But, I suppose some people can relate to it... don't you hate when you have those days?!
