This is Ophelia Pain, from the series 2 Bleeding Edge dolls. You can get them at Hot Topic probably...I think they are so cute. Her arms look funny but they are actually covered in long sleeves and wrap around her. Shesnot exactly like the doll...but I like it anyway.
