A piece of advice that you may want to heed is that clothes should have a sort of 'flowing' texture, even on thickly padded ones there will always be some creases. This allows the clothes to have a natural effect on the person wearing them.
An example would be comparing Ryan and Mike, where Ryan's right forearm has a line passing the upper arm or bicep area, giving it a more 3D effect, Mike's arms seem rather flat, as there are no contours or creases as well as the fact that the light and shadows are not apparent on his clothes. Always remember that when you have an understanding of how lights and shadows work, your pictures will have a more stunning look.
