I come from Singapore. A hot and humid little island off the tip of the Malay Archipelago in South East Asia. Oh yeah, and we'll also kick the butt of any invader threatening our land.
Anyway, for those who have a request, no promises as I've always got a lot of things on my hands.
The pic above is of my BMT (Basic Military Training) Batch. One of the happiest photos of my life.

I'm currently still studying... It'll be 2010 when I graduate. Haha. You know what's funny? I've recently finished reading the Fruits Basket series and was thinking of doing some fan art. But alas, lots of other things to settle. Do email me at oneheadlesschicken@gmail.com from now on as I won't be coming to this site very often now...
Cheers!

Hihi.
Yeah, haven't been for ages. Lost quite a fair bit of confidence since art school. But I've grown I guess. Maybe will set up a deviant art account soon.
How've you been?
Do come by 8Q from now till 14 Dec for the Japan Media Arts Festival. Its next to the Singapore Art Museum. Lots of cool stuff. I'll be working as a guide there.

Sorry for the late reply. Been a too little tired to write lately.
To be honest, I'd actually love to stay in a country like yours for a while, it'll be a nice change from 3 seasons of summer and one season of monsoon rains. Once, a friend of mine went there and said that it about the same as you described. Just 4 hours of sunlight. I think he went there for the World Band Competition about a year or two ago.
I remember seeing a couple of photos of Norway's climate once. It's rather pretty, and like I said the unusual (no offense) sunrise and sunset times are pretty interesting. I'd also love to see the Northern lights before my own lights are out. Maybe one day, when my pockets are filled enough, I can come visit?
If you'd like to come down to our tropical oven, you're welcomed to visit anytime.
Cheers,
Billy
