Ahh! I love her little dress, it is very well-designed and totally kawaii! I don't think you need to improve at all! p.s. the little stuffed tiger is a nice Kisa effect as well. ~.^

Her eyes are too eager about something...Try lowering her upper eyelids such that they touch her iris. If she were to be looking down, she would tilt her head downwards, instead of keeping it levelled. Her eyebrows should be placed in a more neutral postition instead of the sad/pitiful look.
Other than that, it's pretty ok. And her legs are just fine.
