Description
This is Poochy the Poochyena. About Poochy:
*His first "trainer" was a little girl that played with him (she wasn't really a trainer, just an owner; she had to get rid of him)
*Professor Birch later caught him to use as an extra started pokemon (like pikachu) but no one ever came and he was released
*His third try at a trainer was Paul who released him after losing to Ash's Pikachu (Poochy followed Paul, but finally understood he wasn't wanted)
*Was later caught by team Snag' em and turned into a shadow pokemon. Lady Venus then took and evolved him into a terribly strong Mightyena
*Finally was beaten and turned back into a normal pokamon by Ash (even though Ash never Caught him)
*Poochy devolves back into Poochyena

It possible that they can devolve if they were forcefully evolved, possibly. Thank you^^
