oh wow i luv the shading nice work, i hate when everyone thinks that tails is a girl =\ that is a good pic maybe the girl can be a real character but not be tails thay could be in love though...

Yeah, making Tails and Femme Tails separate characters is a better idea than making up some kind of twist that ends up annoying the crap out of people. If Tails was a girl, then Sonic X would not have been on 4Kids (because that would make Tails and Cosmo lesbians in that case and I'm sure 4Kids is against lesbians).

I actually wrote a prequel to a story, its about the first time that Sonic and Tails meet. But, by request of someone, they wanted Tails to be a girl. Since I have posted it though, (on a different site) I’ve gotten no word from them, and discontinued it, basically.

Basically, after the prequel to the story, Sonic will go out of Knothole and venture out to see what remains of the Great Forest, only to find something stirring in a blanket in the wet ashes, (explained in the prequel.) Whatever could it be? Tails, of course, and it’s the first time they meet. Tails will be about 4, maybe 4 ½, and sonic will be 9 years old. There will be an explanation of how Tails came to being were she was when she was found.

We will find out how Tails recuperates in a different home, with people she doesn’t know very well. All the while trying her best to find her parents. Whether this search will be in vain, or not, would have been told later.
The story unfolds with trying to struggle against Robtnick’s power, among a lot of other things that may happen when they are not on missions. Eventually, it will hit the point when it reaches the cartoons series, then I will explain what Tails does while her fiends are out on missions. Tails has adventures too ya know!

I still giggle at how Tails will react when she fist meets Nicole, which, I guess I can spoil right here for ya, since, I stopped writing it and all:

As Sally held the strange device in her paw, it spoke in a calm fashion, attempting to let the little fox know that it was harmless. “Salutations Tails, I’m Nicole, pleased to meet your acquaintance.” it spoke in a normal way, yet the voice carried with it a sense of electrical audio about it.

Tails meekly looked at it, very confused. She then brought her/his eyes at Sally. “is ther’ someone w’eally dat small dat can fit in dat lil’ box’?”

So as you can see, I’m also trying to make Tails sound like a young kit, which I think I’ll have to refine. As Tails gets older, she will have better speech as well. So, what do ya think?

But, the point is, there are people that want to see a different world, a different view of Tails interacting with the things around said twin tailed creature.

Your story sounds interesting. XD I just prefer Male Tails over Female Tails. XD. I have honestly tried to read a Femme Tails story but I lost concentration. XD. But I can picture your Femme Tails being intelligent. XD
