I love the Happy Mask Man, even though he scared me a little bit in Majora's Mask. It's probably because the Song of Healing sounded so cool in that tower whenever I went to talk to him. But yeah, he rocks. And you depicted him very well in this picture; I especially love the falling music sheets in the background. Whoa...you made him NOT creepy. >_>...Amazing. Love the layering you have going on in his hair, and dang does that mask look edible...I would actually buy that one.
Anywho, the soft coloring you have in this picture is really nice and you made his collar and cuffs look really awesome.
