Okay, so, uh, actually that's me. >.>
We went to see this mini ball drop thing, and my mom was saying how she didn't see anything for sale like hot chocolate or anything and her hairbrained scheming brain led to that she's gonna build a cart and get a permit and we'll sell hot chocolate and other stuff next year, and she'll send me off to promote and, I who was drawing was like "That calls for an attenmtion drawing outfit!" and drew this, and then decided it'd be a nice New Year pic and that's how the first drawing of the year came to be.
Phew. What a lot of talking.

Ew...I went to the mini-ball drop once. Minor frostbite on my hands. ^_^;;; But if you sell hot chocolate in that outfit I'll come and laugh while you die of pneumonia. ;_;Anywho, very pretty picture. Love the feet and that hat is awesome. =D
