Hey no prob, you deserved it =) The mechanics in this pic are just awesome. You really portrayed the curves and shading very well. 'Tis no problem if the pic is light or not. I draw lightly ALL the time (No exageration. I ALWAYS draw lightly and then darken later) I would show you my sketchbook but no one can ever tell that there is led on the pages anyways so it doesn't matter ;)

haha tis fine. thanks for the extended comment! hmm yea this one's lighter b/c i was sort of in a rush and i didn't blend it. the pic i used as a reference was also washed-out so it was pretty bright to begin with. but thank you very much, i'm glad you like it!

Doh! I forgot I said I would comment more on this pic later. Er... I guess now is later right? ;) Sorry about that. The proports on this pic are perfect, that is why I could see it in 3d so easily. Also the shading in it really help out that imensely. Especially his cheecks, you can really tell the form they have. You did the eyes really extremely well too. They have so much life in them =) You did do the whole outlining around the mouth and eyes (mostly on the mouth), but not as much as you normally do, and everywhere else you didn't do that, which is good =) Even though this pic isn't as full as some of your other realistic pics, doesn't have too many details to draw and is just a head on view (No pun intended), I'd have to say it is one of you best drawn pics in the sense of mechanics in depicting the object (face). Very good job! And sorry again about not posting again like I promised =P
