Me if i was an organization member

Element: Thought (whatever i think actually happens)
Weapon: the orb that's floating in the upper right corner 
(It can change into any shape) 
  The picture of my weapon is actual size......and it's only green where ever the black mist covers it...........but only when it's in  use.........it's usually just a silver ball the size of the average person's palm(palm of the hand)
