(It's also kind of a parody of the episode where Colonel Roy Mustang says he is going to make all the men wear mini skirts...but it's also kind of different...the colonel is a pervert XDDDD)<br />

Chibi-fied Alphonse is in the left hand corner, and I am on the right telling Edward just how cute he looks...if anyone disagrees, I am up for an argument. I haven't had a good one for a long time.<br />
