Very nice. The elf's body does need some proportion work but its the background that I like. You've given it definate depth and the water is very well done. The rock she has her hand on looks a few feet in back of where the hand is but that's okay.
I'd work on some more backgrounds if I were you. I would if I were me too, they're cool.
