This is a Legendary Pokemon, based (very loosely) on an Umbrella Bird. Seems a bit odd that I stated in the desciption that it has "no interest in battles" and then gave it some ridiculously powerful moves... ^^''

Drawn with a 0.3 mechanical pencil, inked with a 0.3 drawing pen, coloured with a mixture of felt tips and metallic pen. Backgorund was an ink wash edited in Microsoft Photo Editor. Please comment if you want! :)

Description:Quaia are entrusted with the protection of miniature solar systems. Enduring legends gold that a different coloured Quaia looks after each solar system, and that each Pokemon world is supported within the umbrella-like crest on top of their heads.
Each solar system is covered with a powerful force field; so even if a Quaia were damaged in some way, the planet would remain unharmed. So far, no one has ever captured a Quaia as they spend almost all of their time floating around the Ethers of parallel dimensions, ensuring planetary alignment remains harmonious. As they have no interest in battles, no one has ever managed to fight one, either.
The strange disks suspended over Quaia’s wings are etched with the symbols Alpha and Omega, the first and last letter of the Greek alphabet, representing the cycle of death, rebirth and the infinite flow of time.
