More SAI experimentation. Originally this was supposed to be a kind of "dragon-chipmunk", but the chipmunk aspect seems to have got lost somewhere along the way... apart from the eyes maybe?

Coloured with SAI under a 0.7 mechanical pencil sketch, comments welcome! :)

The fruits were loosely based on the pitaya (also known as dragon fruit) although they're a bit small to be genuine dragon fruits. Perhaps they're a kind of fantasy fruit?

I guess they could be related to the pitaya, but specially bred to be smaller? Size does seem to be one of the things that can change in fruit species given enough time.

I was originally planning to make it furry, but thought it would look too messy combined with the scales.
