Bubbles belongs to Cartoon Network! There!!!<br />

But I drew the picture and I hope it won't get rejected again! I really had a hard time, drawing it like that without a scanner!<br />

And I give Credit to Christopher Cook, too. He's working on the Comic Books and this picture here is redrawn from a sketch he did. I know him personally. :)<br />
