Summer's Here!

SUMMER'S HERE! SQUEEEEE! XD<br />

I was so sure I would die of stress before the end of the year. Why do the teachers always heap stuff on us at the last minute? >_> Anyway, it's over now. Two months of sheer nothingness awaits.<br />

Actually, that's not entirely correct. I HAVE been planning to teach myself a few things this summer, namely katakana, Photoshoppping and still life photography (photography is an art! Why does no one believe me?! *sobs*). I'm sure that there were a few other things too, but they don't come to mind at the moment. =D Oh well. My faulty memory shall forever be a constant in my life. lol<br />

Anyway...one of my friends was bugging me to draw her when I went to her place in the beginning of the week. I had promised to do so since seventh grade, but never got around to it...it's been two years. >_> Go, me. But I found myself unable to escape my fate this time around, and drew this. I'm usually quite bad at drawing chibis, so I'm happy with this. The bacjground was pretty simple...a few gradients and such, plus the little sun...thingy...and I tried to go for more of an airbrushy-ness effect with the chibi coloring, although I'm not quite sure if it worked. o_O Oh well. My life is one big practice.<br />
