Obviously, he was this way after "Mr. Garrison's Fancy New Vagina," but went back to his old self in "Eek, a Penis!" and has been that way ever since. Please tell me what you think.

Not half bad.
Though I must say,Mr. Garrison(in this case "Mrs.Garrison" would be more apporpriate),is one of the most deranged,twisted,vile teacher in the show(he makes Cartman look like an angel...which is saying something.)

Anyway,nice drawing very humorous.
