hmmm i was watchin the invader zim eppy, "The Wettening" n' at the end of that, Zim dropped a huge @$$ water balloon on everybody. Dib got up after Gaz hit him in the face with a normal water balloon n' this is a scene from that. that water droppin off him is a lil' messed n' his bangs are off, but hey i tried ^^
