Here is my second fav villain! First is broly offcourse! He adquires this power when he regenerates after the explosion that destroyed King Kai's planet. Any comments?

Oh also I've decided to do a DRagon Ball Portrait Collection, so well yeah! I'm doing all (hoping!) the mayor db characters!

That is an exact likeness of him! YOu did an outstanding job, he's terrific! His armor is so shiny, unlike the the cartoon which gives him a dull flat shine. Your shine is much better^^!
The energy flare of green is an awesome choice and complementing color^^! Strong, tall, prideful, confident, and handsome^^! Cell all the way!
