This is a work in progress. Because I'm still learning cel shading, this has been a challenge for me. I can't really figure the best lighting source for this pic :(
The sketch is in the gallery, and it was pretty rough, so i had also went through illustrator and did pentool line-art of the sketch, though recently I've been playing around with a nib, so i'll be able to ink my own stuff much quicker!
