The picture is beautiful! The sun breaks through a morning fog, its rays dancing off a disturbed river. A feeling of the beginning of motion (like the start of another day) is evident from that reflection. And the tree sits there, as if it's trying to speak to the elements or the viewer--the branches look very close to caligraphy--reaching out to the elements.
