Demon in Me

Okay another one of my pictures that was inspired by a song. The lyrics are 'Down with the sickness' by Disturbed. It's interesting the things that pop up in my mind when I listen to music.

If you have seen my other pictures and are wondering, yes, this is Katagi, but not the same one from my Yu Yu Hakusho story. It's the same character design but I put him in an original story I'm going to write after 'Would God Still Love Me?'

In it he is a half-breed trying to survive in the world. When I was listening to the song this image popped in my head. Since Katagi is part demon trying to live as a human he has to go through a whole lot of crap from the other supernatural things in the world. So the pic is supposed to represent him finally cracking under the pressure and letting the darker side of him take control.

Now I absolutely hate, hate, HATE! The expression on Katagi's face! Ugh I didn't notice he looked like a drugged up fish till after I was done coloring. But I really like Shadow Katagi's hair. That turned out a lot better than I expected. Originally I had written in the words myself, but as I have said before I have the worst handwriting so I erased it then put in the words on the computer. My writing really took away from the pic and it's better like this.

So I hope you like this at least a little. I know there are quite a few problems with this, but I still like it. Please comment!
