I was really bored today and came up with this character. I have been watching Megaman this week and I think it's really good. I thought if I had my own Net Navi, watch would he be. So I designed Angelman. I did the background myself and tried to make it as close to real as possible from the anime, except the access button, I got from a screenshot because I couldn't get it right.
