i used Dr. Wasabi's colors^^
oh his helmet filled with water is his pokeball
hes' usually a mutant piranha^^
his ears and tail are partly black to represent
his outfit colors since i drew him without it^^
lol he looks like part Jigglypuff^^
i used colored pencils
