I use Photoshop Elemnets 4.0 to color my pics... they have a newer virsion out now that is more compatible the hp vista computers (which is the type of computer I just got) Which is Photophop Elements 5.0... both of those are about $100... compared to the $1000 of photoshop 7.0...
